2019 Pool season
Dear residents and/or members,
Happy summer 2019 and welcome to the start of our pool season at Winding Brook Apartments! Please be advised that the pool will be open from Friday 07-19-2019 to Thursday 09-05-2019 during the hours listed below:
Wednesday to Sunday 11:00am – 7:00pm
Pool badges are issued per apartment at $75.00 each with a maximum of 4 people listed. You must complete a 2019 Pool Season Application and show ID/proof of residency to purchase a badge. ONLY residents of the apartment may be listed on the badge. Parents and all children/occupants to be listed on the badge must come in at the time of purchase to have their photo taken. Parents must come to the rental office to pick up the badges as they will not be given to children. Please note that pool badges do NOT need to be returned to the rental office. The badges are yours to keep and you may discard them at the conclusion of the rental season. In the event that you lose your badge during the pool season, there will be a $12.00 fee for issuance of a replacement badge.
Please note that guests are welcome to join you at the pool. Guest passes are $10.00 per person each day. A receipt will be given to guests for each day they purchase a pass and the receipt must be shown to the lifeguard upon entry. Weekend guests may purchase a pass which are $25.00 per person. Daily or weekend guest passes must be purchased using a money order in the rental office during normal business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (closed for lunch from 12:30pm – 1:30pm). All guests must be accompanied to the pool by the resident they are visiting and are required to follow the rules and regulations listed.
Lastly, please note that the lifeguards will NOT be accepting payments for guests or membership badges.
